The pilot's rules

A few simple rules keep Free South County kind, safe, and truly free. By posting, you're agreeing to these.

It's all free — no selling, no trading for money.
Give only what's yours to give, and what's legal and safe to pass on.
Pickup is from a porch or doorstep — no one delivers, and no one comes inside.
Your contact stays private — everything runs through the matchmaker; we never show your phone or address to the other neighbor.
A real person reviews and approves every match. AI can suggest, but no two neighbors are connected without a human saying yes — on purpose, for safety.
Items are shared as-is, neighbor to neighbor — use your own good judgment.
If you commit to a pickup, follow through — and let us know if plans change.
This is an early pilot — if something breaks or feels off, tell us. That's how it gets better.
